Subject: Hi Malou!!!

Dearest Malou,

We hope that all is well with you, magic Mike, Raymond, the two girls and hubbies and most important of all, your grandbaby!!!

Thank you for your call the wekend before last. It was so nice to hear from you right after Las Vegas. Why was Mike so subdued that night of dancing and singing? We missed his tuneful voice. We definitely needed more days together to do some catching up. I am very much looking forward to our next get together but I might not be able to make it. Ali wanted us to visit Turkey towards the end of summer. I feel bad that I am not able to invite you and Elda to come with us to Turkey because Ali's family is still mourning. We can plan on visiting Greece and Turkey within the next 24 months. That sounds like a lifetime but it is something that we can look forward to and plan for.

Many thanks for your hard work on our Las Vegas enterprise! It was a smashing success which could not have happened without the concerted effort and collaboration of JR, Bal, Lolobob, Lolabee, Red, Linda A, Rolly, Edith, Elda, Andy, Malou, Beth, Demy, Mel and Chris. I apologize if I inadvertently missed anyone.

Ding and your lovely wife, thank you for coming to this memorable event! Thank you for  graciously giving us a lift back to our hotel. We hope to see both of you in all of our future "class '67 adventures".

Vicki Dairo Aguillon and  husband, we really enjoyed your company. Vicki, where were you in Quezon High? We should have been best friends. Vickie Jaca and you have a lot of things in common. You're both Victorias married to Virgils and born on April 12. Vicki Jaca is one of my best friends and you and I both like JR very much!

JR, thank you for your call today! Please give our best to Ineng.

Hi Norman! We're very happy that you got that job. I think we all missed out in high school...but what we have now is something that we could all cherish.

Take care y'all.         >>> God Bless.          >>> Belen Latag

Dearest Lolabee,

Kumusta ka na? Hope you and Bob are both in good health. Take care and thank you,

Just to let you know that that weekend was the best that I had since we moved here sa States. In behalf of all the sabits, thank you so much,67eers for allowing us to be a part of this memorable experience.

Allow me to tip my hat off to the ff: for Bal who came up with that novelty, yoong inyong hour of revelation.

5,000 milligrams a day, say mo.

And of course, the one and only Junior. This event won't have that amount of fireworks kung wala ka. Your dedication at pagmamahal sa 'yong mga alipores made all these possible. You're the man!! Bruha!

Si Norman na normal at dati pa rin except for his obvious new- found relationship with the Lord.

Yoong merong pilapil at pugo?  So see you again soon, mga katoto.

Thank you for the memories.

Our dearest Bal,

I am very sorry guys for not emailing sooner... just too busy!

Bal, thank you very much for spearheading our "Las Vegas blast". You were truly wonderful! What a talent!!! We all had a a great time...  the friendship, the togetherness is unreal.  Thank you for the talent, your heart, the photos, and the memories! My sister Nimfa says hi. Thank you for the Toronto souvenir program. We enjoyed it thoroughly.

Linda, thank you very much for your ( and Boy's) hard work in coordinating with the group in getting the dance place and in making sure that we have all the right tools to make the right music for everyone to dance to and to sing with. Thank you for being the doctor for everyone that got sick. We were very joyful watching you danced the night away!  Is Boy traveling with you to the Phils? Bon Voyage! God Bless.

JR, thank you for being you. We love you for your enthusiasm in life. We love how you care for all of us, we love your singing talent and your unflagging effort to encourage everyone to get involve with our group. Ate Perry and I really enjoyed our leisurely walk with you and Pogi at the "desert promenade" that last night in Alladin. I could not remember having such an unrestrained laugh in all my life... such a much needed break for me... Lastly, thank you for being such a good sport! Imagine, 5 of us!!! On the lighter note, have you thought of being a stand up  comedian? You are such a talent! By the way, Vicky Jaca Pablo's email address is priuscomet@msn.com, her cell number is 619-410-5242 and her home phone is 619-267-6026. Louie Marquez Eclavea 's email address is luisitaeclavea@yahoo.com .

Lolobob and Lolabee, thank you for your persistent effort in making sure that our togetherness does not stop even after our get togethers. Thank you for being there for us all the time. You two are our rock. Thank you for the endless emails. The two of you better take care of your bodies because our group needs you guys. By the way, are you both feeling much better and healthier these days! Please take care of yourselves. We love you guys.

Rolly and Edith, wow wowie! What an incredible dancers! Thank you for a great night of dancing! When I grow up, I want to be like you guys. Rollie you look great! Being married to Edith becomes you. I really enjoyed seeing you again, even if I was just sleep walking when we were in high school.

Hi Norman! We are very proud of you. I really did not know much about anyone except for my small group of friends when we were in high school so I was very touched of what you become. I am very happy that you found Him and now you are touching a lot of people. Have you already found a job? We hope that you already did and if not, keep on keeping on.

Please do call me. Georgia might be good for you. People here are more friendly than in California (except of course our friends!).

Hello Lina! I was ecstatic to see you again! I cannot believe that you are married to our neighbor Willie Ornedo. What a small world! I never remember ever speaking to Willie when we were growing up, but his brother Boy Ornedo was my brother's best friend. Boy was my brother's best man when my brother Cesar got married. We are very happy that you are very happily married to a great guy! When do we see you again?

Hi Badette, Girlie, Annabell and your better halves!!! Cheers Rose! We were all delighted that you made it to this get together! To my regret., I did not really have time to socialize with you. We have such a time constraint! I wished that we have more time. Anyway, we'll see each other again soon... God Bless y'all.

Hello Red, Ynda, Rem and Gene! Thank you for being with us in Hawaii and in Las Vegas. I really enjoyed your company and your friendship. What a great dancer you are Ynda! Thank you Red for being involved! I am looking forward to more get togethers with all of you in the future.

Greetings Carmen and Nini! Thank you for having us share your hotel room in Alladin. Ate Perry and I enjoyed your company. Carmen, thank you for your great company when we explored Eiffel Tower in Paris (despite my fear of heights!),  Bellagio and Ceasar's Palace!I really relished our pedicab ride across the desert of Alladin.

Vickie, nice seeing you again afer 12 years! Thank you for the suman and the empanada. Everyone enjoyed your treats! My mom enjoyed the suman of course. Good fortune with your new business ventures! Please say hi to Virgil, Jackie and Alex. Hope to see you soon...

Elda my dear, I am very sorry that I was not able to spend quality time with you in Las Vegas. Our time was very limited. Thank you for the T-shirts. That was lot for you to haul! How long did you stay in Vegas? Please say hi Tom. How is Irwin? Are we really planning a get together  in Oklahoma before our Phils 40th? I would love that but time is such an issue. Ali, Faith-Anne and I are planning to visit Ali's family in Turkey towards the end of summer. He needs to attend to some family matters after his mom passed away  early this year. This is not a pleasure trip.

Anyway, please let us know whatever the plan is. Luv yah!

Hi Beth and Apol! Beth, you have not changed physically! Inside, you become a more beautiful person! It is really a pleasure seeing you again after 39 years.

Andy & Aisel, thank you very much for the Hawaiin treat! Did you know that macadamia is my most favorite nut? When we go to the mall here in Georgia, we always visit the Savannah Sweets so I could treat myself to this huge pieces of macadamia nuts embedded in caramel. My daughter Faith-Anne is happy that we are not able to go to the mall that often or else my cholesterol and triglycerides would be up to the sky. Aisel thank you for the beautiful Flowers of Hawaii bracelet. I am really enjoying it. When is my sister's ready?

Last but not the least, thank you Demy, Mel and Chris for your hospitality. We are most grateful to you for opening your home to us and of course, the ride was invaluable.

Johnny O and Gary A, we're are all praying for you. Have faith and God Bless.

Good morning all! Take care. Live life like everyday is a gift and a blessing.

Fondly,        Belen

Subject: Re: [qphsclass67] hello, hello....

Before I response to all suggestions/opinions.. let us greet first our 2 Victorias belated birthday... Vicky Dairo Aguillon and Victoria Jaca Pablo celebrated their b-day last April 12... They something in common.. their husbands name  are both Virgilio and the nickname are both VER..only in Class 67.. to both of you... Belated HAppy Birthday and many more 2 come...

Now regarding getting together again.. tha's a good idea.. the bad thing is.. "we have our big one coming Feb2007.... so before that will be more money in our pocket.. which Rollie is quite correct.. "unless".. you're not going to participate on big event coming".. New York is a good place to to go... expensive.. but a good place.. whoever and whenever you're coming to NY.. you could ring us and there is no problem.. as long as we have vacation time remaining.. you will be accomodated.. and that's a promise from me.. I just don't know RED and MARYLOU...And speaking of the 3 of us.. we will meet again coming May 5 to go to Raymundo "BOY" Tagle' wife's 50th b-day... so we're together again..

After the big one.. we could do it once a year... Rollie's reasons are quite true... magkasawaan.. that's a possibility.. IF it's too often...we luv each other... but ..let's make it suspenseful.. okay ba??? Talked to Elda last night about the possibility by Sept.. she has no problem dahil tega-roon siya.. pero I think it will be better after Feb2007...

I know how to laba!!! it;s very easy here in abroad compare to Lucena na sometimes you go to "ilog" if you have plenty of laundry.. I knoe Apple will find the minutes of the meeting dahil he inspect if first before ilagay sa washing machine... Minutes of the meeting coming soon to BOB..

At this time.. for sure Chairman Bob and LOLABEE touched down already in Sydney Australia.. so here we are.. back to being Aussies.. say hello to Ric and Araceli Alviar of Sydney.. diyan kayo mag-get together.. kami ni RED and MARYLOU.. wala kaming problema dahil we call each other.. we have our cell phone and since Saturday and after PM is free.. we could talk to each other.. USA wise.. I could call Canada anytime I want dahil my plan at home is unlimited....I could Phils too if I want dahil I have phone card.. I'm planning to call the crush of Remiel.. donya Luning before Apr 29.. the Lucena meeting... and get some news.. so we will know what's going on...

To all who attended the BLAST67.. thanks for being so alive and wonderful.. I will learn how to dance now same with Ineng(my wife) so hindi kami mahuli sa around the world ni Professor Rollie.. I will be arriving in Toronto June 9 (that is Friday) so if you have time.. I will give u my hotel #.. dahil the last time I used my cell phone .. I've got  killed in roaming fee..  I will try to be wised this time.. if I could...We will be staying at the Sheraton in downtown Toronto.. I will give u a call..

To all.. have a good time everytime.. just do it.. life is short.. if I don't answer to your messages (yon ay yong mga may sagot agad sa sender).. hindi ko style yon.. but i do appreciate the messages and follow if I could... thanks to all... luv u all..

Sorry dahil napahaba yata ito eh!!!!!

our spring break or the summer. It would be
preposterous to have us host the reunion and then hear me tell you that i have to be at  work

Salamat 'Inda for the invitation. Did you know that brod Jimmy Driz is also in New York. Hayaan mo, I will see to it that someday we'll visit you there. God willing.

Bal, we in the class '67 are very proud of you. You've been an instrument to our successful gathering and even Demy who happened to be my brother Nitoy's classmate. We are lucky to have both of you in our group. We'll be expecting your presence again to our future gatherings. Sorry, forgot to mention that Aisel was able to bring 'pinagong' na ginawa kong breakfast kinaumagahan. Salamat uli, Bal.

What stood out in Las Vegas 67 reunion was the awareness for sharing and caring that I
observed among classmates.  Pastor Norman Bisagas'
                                    spiritual messages were very fulfilling
and so with the lessons in life all the 21 expressed during the round table.  Nawala ang pagod
ko when I saw you guys danced the night away with Zorba the Greek, batchata, cumbia
                                    and
Achy Brachy Heart's two version.

Thanks everyone for giving me the opportunity to
join you and be part of this important
milestone.  We should continue to pray for Johnny
Obcemane and that the Gawad Kalinga

am glad that you thought of the changes in a positive way.maraming changes, but i believe it was for the better. we were guided. we are blessed. mahirap talagang arukin ang plano ni Lord for us. His ways are not our ways. pero dahil mahal niya tayo. it was even much better than we had imagined and planned.

a few noticed i was a bit quiet than "usual". he-he-he! siguro, nag-accumulate na yong pagod at puyat which i am not used to anymore. but all these labas-pasok ng hotels trying to pick what's best for the group am happy to do.oks lang.nakabawi na ako. been restng since we came back.

the memories helped me recovered faster. sabi ni bob, "ma, marami pa tayong reunion. tatagan mo ha?" basta lamyerda, game ako.  ang Sleepless in vegas na naging Confused in vegas and finally Blast 67!

Bal rang me last night. he's alreay excited for the next one! and so are we!

Happy Easter, Everyone.

Maraming maraming salamat po sa muling pakikiramay.

Tama si Junior. We were not able to comply with what Bal's schedule prepared for us but our 8-hour event covered everything. I should have joined the following event (action as what Red described it) but Aisel didn't feel well, nabaguhan sa malamig na klima at nawala pa ang boses. A coincidence but I don't consider this as a premonition of losing another close relative.

At any rate, as what everyone is claiming. It's a very successful event and hoping we'll make it bigger come Oklahoma time. Our dear Elda need not to carry suitcase of t-shirts anymore. Junior and Rolly plus Bal and Demy (our adopted '67 member) will provide the entertainment again. Next time, 'Inda will show us also some steps in dancing. Actually, medyo mitig na ang binti ko but I can't stop dancing whenever I see Rolly does his thing. Brod Pastor Norman will share his blessings, and thank you brod, for acting as our klasmeyt in high school again. Linda did a great job in making a decision for holding the affair at dance studio. Mabuti na lang chairman Bob and Lolabee were doing fine during the affair but sorry to hear Lolabee didn't feel well also in LA.

See you all again, in Oklahoma. How about New York naman next time. I've never been there yet.     >>> ALOHA!

Lolabee.. you're right !!! Zozaymo (JR) is still overwhelmed!!!.. One day I called Malou and Red and told them.. I'm a little depressed dahil sa event sa Vegas.. We can call it now "BLAST 67".. I did my fisrt letter last Wednesday.. but for whatever  reason .. just like before.. may "napindot ako".. biglang nawala.. I was so mad dahil napahaba na noon and besides.. inspired na inspired ako..  What happened in Vegas, stayed in Vegas.. "just plain wrong"  .. whatever happened to us in Vegas will remain forever...nakatatak sa utak natin ito!!It was fun, excitement and full of life...

Today is the one week anniversary of our Blast67.. at this time .. we just touched down in Vegas and called Belen Latag and told me that the plan was changed .. it will be to Dem's place which is very good..lahat talaga nang pangyayari ay sa ikabubuti.. the first segment of get-together...nawala ang kain sa Nanay Gloria, nawala ang Venetian rendevouz .. same with Fremont sight seeing.. pero kapalit naman ay mas close "bonding" nang group..

Bawal sa amin mag-email sa office.. pero I can't help myself... if they fine me.. so be it.. I won't make this long dahil "magkukunwari "pa ako sa office.. expect tomorrow when I finish my income tax return.. I do it very late dahil bayad tayo eh..

So to all.. we luv u and please still the same.. take care and be good to all.. I almost called everyone anyway since Wednesday....

Our deepest condolences to our Aisela and family.. Ineng knows

Happy Easter to all.. If someone would like to see Oklahoma (probably all again).. are we going to do it before the 40th or after??? Let me know dahil game ako!! Game na ba kayo???

           I repeat.. luv you all!!!!!!!!

Though at one end. Upon getting home, we've learned that Aisel's Tiya Lourdes passed away last Tuesday, the very day we arrived in Hawaii. Less than a month after her father's demise. One thing I admire about my wife, Aisel. She could calmly handle everything and just being practical.

Ineng (Junior), tiya Lourdes is the younger sister of my father-in-law at nakatira rin sa Edano. I'm sure you know her.

Regards to everybody and expecting to see more of our classmates in the coming years.

Andy, Junior and Beth's husband  as our singers- great singing voices. parang PROS.

The very good dance teacher, Rollie, who gave us a world tour through dances, I was sweating and kind of "hingal" but still I liked to stay on the dance floor even if I was  an amateur without grace at all. Salamat sa mga nagdala ng pagkain. Thank you sa mga husbands and wives na nag-set-up ng mga tables and chairs at tumulong sa pagliligpit and nagtapon ng basura.

I wish we could have spend more time with the group. If in the future, the group will decide to have the reunion in California, I guess the CA graduates will be willing to  host it.

Hello everybody--- finally after having a nice 6 hours of sleep when I got home
                                    at 6AM today,
I'm now so refreshed to read some of the feedback from our great and enjoyable
                                    reunion in
Las Vegas----
I want to share with the group what transpired after everybody left the hotel RIO
                                    ---of course I
had to rush down to the Casino to finally have the feel of it (been itching to play--
                                    imagine
since I came Wed. night  and was able to hold
on to my promise of not to play till the end of
the affair)---- unfortunately, no luck still and lost ( so I almost paid for my stay
                                    in
the hotel). Decided to just relax and enjoy every minute of our remaining hours in
                                    the hotel---
nice view from the 28th floor then the phone rang, it's Bob and Lolabee----
We had time to kill before they leave @ 5pm, so again back to the strip to show Mike around (
1st time niya eh)-- pasyal kami sa Excalibur, Luxor and Mandalay before heading again to
Pinoy Pinay, oooppss we have a surprise souvenir from Luxor ( Bob will show it).

Then, my dear Beth and Apple were so nice and wanted to  continue our bonding till we leave
--- that  was really
awesome, finally we were the ones driven around to Belagio, Venetian and
was treated for a taste of the Goldilock specialty --- then bid goodbye at the airport
                                    ( they
even drove us to the airport)---- talagang true friends huh--- Thanks so much specially
                                    to you

For sure , everybody had real fun--- we felt again like
in our high school days; another great
MEMORIES to remember--- my thank you to all.      Love,    >>> Marylou Z.

Hi Ray, Alfred, John, and to our klasmeyts in PI

We had a very wonderful happenings last night and we really missed those who were not able to attend our get together. Full of surprises and we really had fun as if we're still in our high school days. The only thing changed is wala nang mahiyain sa grupo.

We'd like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Bal and Demy Maano for lending their helping hands  to make this affair successful.

aloha for now and watch for more reports from the rest of the gang.    >>> andy v.
