I Souvenir Program

a. The target date of distribution is Feb.24, 2007.

b. Phil. side is asking for the ff:

      1. articles to be used/published in the s.p.

      2. solicitaton for ad placement. Tentative prices was read.

      3. feed-back on solicitation from businesses.

c. It was agrred upon that the Int'l. side buy the most expensive page.

d. Anyone interested in buying a space should contact the Phil. Side asap.

 

II Registration

No registration fee. Registration is only for head count

and for information update only.

 

III Activities for the 3 day affair

     Feb. 24, 07

     a. 9AM - 3PM - HOmecoming day event - QNHS Alumni Hall

        6PM - 12MN - Homecoming Ball

         Suggested venue - Queen Margaret, Graceland (Tayabas)

     b. Feb.25 - Picnic - venue to be decided

     c. Feb. 26 Open (Suggested activity - trip to ABS-CBN to watch wowowee

                       anyone interested to go should contact Luming.

 

IV Ruby Reunion Committees

      They are asking for volunteers to the different committees.

 

V Raffle Committee

The following were suggested:

        1. Remiel to donate 1 balikbayan box or 1 sack of rice as a prize.

        2. Badette Amion suggested cash prizes.

        3. Erlinda suggested that everyone should bring one prize each

to be raffled.

        4. Norman suggested a house&lot for a major prize.

 

 

Part II - 9PM (the meeting continued at the dance hall)

 

Also present: Alcala-Manglicmot (Behl), Biglete (Ding);

 

I   The summary of the morning meeting was read.

II  The price of the ads and contract for the solicitation was presented.

III Bob and Rolly explained the purpose of raising fund through solicitation.

IV Finance

     a.There should be a budget and accountability for the money collected on our side.

     b.Collection for $400.00 each is not compulsary but should not limit those who feel

        generous to give more.

     c. Deadline for the contribution is Dec.31, 2006.

     d. Voluntary contribution to ANCOP (ANswer to the Cry Of the Poor) &

Gawad Kalinga was taken but since some classmates have not heared

about this, it was agreed upon that it will be discussed further.

     e. Elda suggested that the budget for the donation to the school should come first

before the budget for the reunion.

     f. LIna Borda suggested that the Int'l side should take care of the expenses for 1 day

celebration, thus, Phil.side for 2/24 celebration expenses

and Int'l side for 2/25, e.g., picnic at Villa Escudero. Transportation, entrance,

food/refreshments will be covered.

Pahabol - Vicky suggested that since our group is growing,

it is best for us to have a set of officers.

     g. Erlinda, again, suggested for the Phil.side to look for a classmate

who needs help the most.

Example is Amelito Segarra who has been bed-ridden for a long time.
